• Fiber Optic Patch Cord A1-2

  • Fiber jumper is used to do the jump connection from the device to the fiber optic link. A protective layer is thicker, the connection between the transmitter and the generally used in the terminal box.
    The fiber jumper is similar to the coaxial cable, but there is no mesh shield. The center is the light transmitting glass core. In multimode fiber, the diameter of the core is 50 m~65 m, roughly the same as the thickness of the human hair. The diameter of the single-mode fiber core is 8 m~10 M. The outer core is surrounded by a glass sheath with a lower refractive index than the core, so that the fiber stays in the core. And then there’s a thin plastic coat out there to protect the envelope.
